The basics

What does Symphony42 actually do?

Symphony42 builds AI Selling Agents that turn paid consumer Internet traffic into qualified calls and completed sales. A consumer clicks your ad or dials your number; a Symphony42 agent answers immediately, explains the offer, establishes eligibility, resolves objections, and either transfers the consumer to your sales team, books an appointment, sends a quote or form, or completes the sale with a checkout link by text. Every interaction ends in a recorded outcome written to your systems of record.

Is this a call center with AI tools, or is a human involved?

No humans on our side of the conversation. Every Symphony42 agent in production faces the consumer directly and qualifies, transfers, quotes, or sells autonomously. The only people involved are your consumer and, if you choose a live transfer, your sales representative.

Do your agents make outbound calls?

No. Every Symphony42 call is inbound: the consumer dials us from an ad, a search result, or a call exchange. The one governed exception is partner-dialed calls, where your own dialer reaches a consumer and bridges the live call to our agent; in that case you own dialing compliance and we own the conversation. We never cold-call consumers.

What does “AI that Sells” mean in practice?

An AI Selling Agent’s job includes persuasion and progression toward a completed purchase: establishing need and fit, explaining value, comparing the right options, answering objections with exact facts, confirming a specific offer at a specific price, and assisting completion. Qualifying a lead or booking an appointment for a human closer is the smaller job; both are available.

Can the agent close a sale by itself, or only qualify and transfer?

Both, and you choose per campaign. Qualify-and-transfer is live in production today and produces revenue for our customers. The full-funnel selling agent, which confirms product and price and then texts a checkout link while staying on the line, is built and you can test it now: call Alex at 443-424-6225. Payment details are entered on the consumer’s screen, never spoken.

Can I try it before I talk to anyone?

Yes. Call 443-424-6225, ask Alex about Widgets (a fictional product), object to the price, and try not to buy. The whole sale can complete in under 90 seconds and ends with a demo checkout link on your phone. How the demo works →

What is the difference between the Bundled and Platform offerings?

Who buys the traffic. In the Bundled Offering, Symphony42 buys the traffic, runs its agents on it, and sells you accepted, AI-qualified calls on a Pay-per-Call basis. In the Platform Offering, you buy the traffic and license our agents and full Customer Acquisition harness to convert it. Both run on the same platform; our Bundled business is its first and largest tenant. Compare the offerings →

Which one should we start with?

Start with the one your category allows. The Bundled Offering is available only in a distinct set of call-buying verticals — categories where buyers purchase live-transferred consumer calls at scale, such as auto insurance, final expense, debt relief, and home insurance — because Symphony42 buys the traffic and sells accepted calls. If you are in one of those categories, would rather buy finished outcomes, and can accept an inbound call today, start Bundled: nothing to integrate, and you pay only for accepted calls. The Platform Offering works in any consumer-facing (B2C/D2C) category — and in a number of B2B use cases — because you bring the traffic and our agents convert it to whatever outcome you choose. If you already buy traffic, want more of it to convert, or want the agent to sell your product or service end to end, start Platform. Some customers begin with one and add the other.

How is pricing structured?

On outcomes, never on activity. Bundled: per accepted call, against acceptance criteria written into your agreement. Platform: a Platform Fee of 5–10% of the agreed value of the traffic our agents handle, billed per call, qualified result, appointment, or sale, whichever unit fits your business, plus a scoped onboarding fee for forward-deployed engineering. Symphony42’s own fee is never metered by the token or the minute; on the Platform Offering, third-party model and runtime usage (Retell for voice, HeyGen for avatar, for example) is passed through at cost with no markup, so you choose the price/performance point. On Bundled, every usage cost is inside the per-call price. Pricing →

How fast can we go live?

Bundled: as soon as your team can accept an inbound call. Platform: the pace is set by legal review, preparing your knowledge corpus for the Context Injection Service, and integration and CRM work; reusable integrations and authored knowledge patterns shorten every deployment. Our forward-deployed engineering does the heavy lifting on our side.

Can we use our own brand?

On the Platform Offering, yes: your brand in ads and on the call, or ours. On the Bundled Offering, consumer-facing ads and agents run under our neutral Consumer Information Network brands, which is what lets us start delivering calls without any work on your side.

Which industries do you work in? Will this work in mine?

Customer Acquisition is our specialization; industries are end markets. The same Agent Brain has sold or qualified in auto insurance, home insurance, final expense, debt settlement, vehicle service contracts, dental and vision plans, personal-injury intake, and B2B. If your consumers click or call, and a conversation affects the decision, the harness applies. Industries →

Do you integrate with our CRM, call tracking, and lead systems?

Yes. Our agents deliver live transfers, quotes, appointments, and dispositions into your systems of record; CRM write-back is configured per customer, and we already run partner integrations with call-tracking and exchange platforms such as Ringba and RingbaX, buyer-match and post-call data APIs, and customer-specific hand-offs. Integrations →

We run an outbound operation. Can you still help?

Yes, through partner-dialed calls: your dialer reaches the consumer under your compliance program and bridges the live call to a Symphony42 agent, which qualifies, transfers, or sells. You keep control of dialing; we supply the conversation and the outcome.

What volume can you handle, and when?

Our agents run around the clock and handle simultaneous conversations without staffing limits, so after-hours, overflow, and traffic spikes are covered the same way as a Tuesday morning. On the Bundled side, volume is governed by traffic supply and your acceptance criteria rather than by seats.

Technology

How does the agent know my products, prices, and required language exactly?

Through our patent-pending Context Injection Service. Your product, pricing, objection, and competitor knowledge lives in small, versioned, speech-ready documents that the agent retrieves by exact lookup the moment it needs them: no vector search, no guessing, the same answer every time. Required disclosures and eligibility screens are written into the agent’s specification and enforced in software, and your knowledge can be updated without touching the agent’s behavior.

Which AI models and voices do you use?

Production calls run on OpenAI’s realtime speech-to-speech models through the Retell voice runtime, with Twilio telephony and HeyGen for video/avatar agents. We rent the models and own the harness around them, and we continuously test challenger models and runtimes against the incumbent on conversion and economics. Every frontier-model upgrade makes the harness sell better.

What is “One Agent Brain”?

The same agent, with the same offer, facts, and progress, across voice, text, web chat, and video/avatar. A consumer who starts on a call and finishes by text is one journey, not two. Voice is the production workhorse today; text delivery of quotes and links is built; avatar agents are built with the first customer deployment moving to production.

How is this different from building on a voice platform ourselves, or from contact-center AI?

Voice platforms supply the runtime; they do not know traffic economics or conversion, so a do-it-yourself build still has to solve prompts, knowledge, tools, evaluation, and measurement. Contact-center AI is built for service and is measured on handle time and deflection, not revenue. Symphony42 is a Customer Acquisition harness measured on conversion: the Context Injection Service, an engineered and versioned system prompt, gated commercial tools, AI-to-AI test calls before every release, and Score to record every outcome. The Harness →

How do we know what actually happened on each call?

Every interaction ends in a Final Disposition from a finite list, and that disposition is available immediately in the Symphony42 Client Portal and posted to your systems via API or our MCP Server, to your specifications. Underneath, Symphony42 Score records every disposition under governed definitions and produces immutable daily reports; the telephony carrier’s records and your own reporting complete a three-way reconciliation. Call recordings and transcripts are retained under your agreement.

What is patent pending?

Symphony42 filed a U.S. provisional patent application on April 2, 2026 for its system enabling AI voice agents to conduct full-funnel sales conversations. Its core technical contribution is the deterministic context-injection architecture behind the Context Injection Service. The application is pending; it has not yet been examined or granted.

Compliance and data

How do you handle compliance?

By design rather than by promise: consumer-initiated, inbound-only interactions; carrier-verified text messaging with opt-in on the call; disclosure that the consumer is speaking with an AI agent where required; hard-coded eligibility screens and required language enforced in software; no payment details taken by voice, ever; and no personal data in links. Partner-dialed calls are the one governed exception, where the partner owns dialing compliance.

Who owns the data, and is it used to train models?

Your data stays yours and is never shared with third parties without your consent. Outcome data is used to evaluate and improve the agents that serve you, under your agreement. Symphony42 does not fine-tune foundation models on customer data today.

Do consumers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Our agents identify themselves as AI agents where the law or your policy requires it, and they do so as a matter of course on our own demonstration line. The experience is designed to be useful and pressure-free, what we call a “Delightful Dance.”
