How we’re built
Symphony42’s platform was built with zero employees on payroll — on purpose. We staff through Just-in-Time Talent: proven veterans on pre-negotiated offer letters who vest equity through scoped work today and convert to full-time when the company is funded. No one is paid to wait; everyone is paid to build. It is how the inventor of Pay-per-Call transfer leads, a former Under Armour enterprise architect, DoublePositive’s lead engineer, and a Zeta Global contact-center VP came to build the same company before its first hire — and it is how the founder ships software with AI from spec to production in days.

- Platform Engineer — Python/Django, Azure, real-time voice and event systems
- Forward-Deployed Engineer — customer integrations, knowledge corpora for the Context Injection Service, CRM write-back
- Prompt & Context Engineer — Agent Specs, versioned prompt releases, evals with S42-TestCaller
- Account Manager — Platform customer onboarding and growth
- Media Buyer / Traffic Analyst — paid search, social, call exchanges; cost per accepted outcome
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence using AI tools — Symphony42 Score
